The Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Dr Shakwan Abdullah Ahmed, received in his office in Baghdad, Ambassador Sheikh Mahmoud bin Muhanna Alkharousi.

The meeting discussed relations between Oman and Iraq, and ways to enhance cooperation mechanisms between the two countries.

The meeting also addressed the importance of building relations with the Kurdistan Region in a way that serves common interests.
