Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation, attended the military parade in Moscow marking the 80th anniversary of Russia’s Victory Day celebrations.

Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, attended the parade along with heads of state and government, and representatives of the diplomatic corps.
