Counsellor Khalid bin Nasser Al Hosani represented the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the signing ceremony of the World Water Charter and the launch of the work of the the Global Water Organization (GWO) from its headquarters in Riyadh.
