Hamood Altowaiya the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation, received Grigory Zaslavsky, Rector of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts under the Russian Ministry of Culture.

The meeting, part of the Embassy’s ongoing cultural diplomacy, was attended by Mohammed Al Habsi, Deputy Head of Mission.
