Nasser Said Abdullah Almanwari, Oman’s Ambassador to the Philippines took part in a diplomatic forum organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the patronage of His Excellency Enrique Manalo, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
