Talal Hilal Al Siyabi, Oman’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, met with the Senior Expert at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). They reviewed the Institute’s programmes and discussed avenues for multilateral cooperation.
