This is a test English translation of an Arabic post with a featured image uploaded and set on the Arabic original post. To translate, click + to create the translation, then  Overwrite with Arabic content. This will set the featured image to that of the Arabic original. Click translate independently. The featured image will now also show in the English media library, making it available for independent English translations of alt text and title etc.
